Role OverviewThe Vice President of Property Management will lead the operational performance of Lion's multifamily portfolio, driving property performance, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring communities meet Lion's standards.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will work closely with Asset Management and other senior leaders, providing direction, accountability, and support to the property management organization. They will analyze property and portfolio results, identify performance trends, and implement strategies to address areas of underperformance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, property management, or a related field
- 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
- 2+ years of senior or executive-level leadership experience
- Strong understanding of multifamily operations, financial performance, budgeting, revenue and expense management, and property-level KPIs
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
