Role Overview

The Vice President of Revenue Operations will lead the commercial operating foundation that enables our next phase of growth, owning the strategy, processes, systems, and analytics that drive revenue growth across the organization. This leader will establish scalable processes, operating rhythms, and data-driven insights that help commercial teams make smarter decisions, improve productivity, and execute with greater consistency.

What You Will Do

Translate growth objectives into actionable operating plans, performance metrics, and accountability across the commercial organization. Establish and lead the commercial operating cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, business performance reviews, and executive reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Operations, Strategy, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years leading enterprise Revenue Operations teams
  • Experience supporting a revenue organization exceeding $250 million annually
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling a Revenue Operations function in a complex, multi-business-unit, professional services, technology, energy, utility, or project-based organization
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and business intelligence/reporting tools; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms preferred
