Job Description
The Vice President of Sales and Marketing is responsible for all Arete Living Communities sales efforts, establishing sales targets to meet company objectives and developing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed organization budget goals.

Requirements

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the organization's sales goals.
  • Lead sales department through management and support of Regional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Specialists, mentors, and specific community leaders.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with all stakeholders within Arete upper management.
  • Define optimal sales force structure.
  • Develop and implement sales metrics to indicate the progress of sales goals.
  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
  • Provide support and assistance with hiring, orientation, and training of all sales team members.
  • Define and coordinator sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Expert in sales related systems including CRM and sales methodology.
  • Develop marketing strategy including agency and community-specific marketing plan.
  • Oversee sales mentor program and career growth plans for sales leaders.
  • Collaborate with marketing department for all sales needs (ex: promotional items, collateral)
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospective interactions.
  • Oversight of community outreach efforts.
  • Integrate sales efforts for acquisitions and/or new business.
  • Support mission, values and goals of Avamere, and Arete Living.
  • Provide in-person site visits and training as needed.
