Filevine is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead a team of Directors to oversee the Account Executives focused on net new customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in a high-tech or SaaS company targeting mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Track record of success achieving or exceeding net new revenue growth targets.
  • Strong coaching and people leadership abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of sales performance optimization and sales enablement best practices.
