Role OverviewThe Vice President of Strategic Development will lead the establishment and execution of a strategic growth campaign for the US Space Force account of the Space Sector. This role will partner with the Space Sector President and leadership team to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to advance Peraton's mission and objectives, driving revenue growth and profitability within the USSF mission set(s).
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing and leading a strategy to advance Peraton's mission and objectives, driving account planning, deal prioritization, customer engagement strategies, and internal and external communication. The successful candidate will also lead strategic business reviews and planning sessions, support operations personnel with on-contract growth, and facilitate communication and partnership between Peraton sectors, growth teams, and operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or relevant field
- A minimum of 20 years of experience successfully selling and delivering mission critical IT programs in government
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI level clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen
