The Vice President, Pacific Rim Operations is responsible for driving Hana’s growth and sustainment strategy, captures opportunities, and ensures operational excellence across the Pacific region and enterprise wide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in growth strategy and business development, capture management, and leading multi-site operations
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, secure new business, and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams
