Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President, Personal Lines to oversee the daily operations of our personal lines department, mentor a team of account managers, and cultivate strong relationships with our carrier partners.
What You Will Do
Supervise, train, and develop a team of personal lines account managers and producers, act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, and maintain excellent relationships with insurance carriers.

Requirements
- 10+ years of personal lines insurance experience
- 5+ years in a leadership or senior account management role
