Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President, Planned Community Development to lead large residential master-planned community development projects throughout the Inland Empire area of southern California. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in real estate development and/or home-building, with expertise in entitlements, market research, and project management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in real estate development and/or home-building
  • Project management for residential development projects
  • Knowledge of CEQA and other applicable development regulations & policies
  • Experience working with state and local governmental agencies
  • Management of outside contractors
  • Familiarity with planning and zoning concepts
  • Strong background in residential architecture and site planning
