Perform financial and statistical analysis, lead financial structuring and transaction execution activities, assist in business development and financial product advisory, develop presentation and other materials for clients, and participate in due diligence sessions and client meetings.

Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Management Science, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation
- Analyzing financials (using company filings, BamSEC, or Bloomberg) and performing financial structuring and transaction execution activities
- Developing and preparing presentations/client materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents
- Developing and maintaining financial models to analyze trends
- Conducting research using Factset, Capital IQ, or Bloomberg to analyze market data and competitive dynamics
