Role OverviewThe Vice President will support the Co-CEO in performing financial and operating analysis for prospective and existing investments, market research, and strategic initiatives. This is a high-volume, fast-paced, and demanding role for a self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to perform under tight timelines while managing multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will oversee the operational and financial performance of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies, and work with senior management to ensure business plans are executed to maximize profitability while minimizing risk.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in real estate portfolio and/or asset management
- Understanding of execution of business plans and capital structures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong experience with development and real estate underwriting models, portfolio modeling and asset level analysis, senior and mezzanine capital structures, joint ventures, preferred equity, and complex equity waterfalls, market analysis including supply, demand, absorption, and pricing
