Role OverviewThe Vice President, Senior Pharmacy Benefits Consultant performs in a primary client relationship role providing influential pharmacy benefits consulting for clients with the demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high quality and timely manner.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: performing as the pharmacy benefits consulting lead on client engagements, managing PBM-related client projects, and designing and delivering creative pharmacy benefit client solutions.

A minimum of 12+ years of experience within a national benefits consulting environment providing extensive technical review and analysis of PBM procurement, market checks, financial evaluations, contract negotiations, and client-facing consulting.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12+ years of experience within a national benefits consulting environment
- In-depth knowledge of PBM providers, products, services, financial, data reporting, contracting and negotiating elements and processes
- Licensed pharmacist highly preferred
- Graduate degree in a related discipline is preferred (RPh or PharmD)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, mathematics or a related discipline
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products to include Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong technical/analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills and demonstrated experience handling multiple projects and assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated experience applying generative AI to improve workflows and supporting consulting activities within cross‐functional project teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot is preferred
