Requirements

  • Ability to grasp the broad range of trust administration and the operational / compliance requirements of a directed trust company
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve problems, and make progress under limited direction
  • Client relationship management experience
  • Management experience with direct reports or junior team members a plus
