Role OverviewThis is a Lead Technical Product Owner position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The role requires a strong focus on policy controls & enforcement, build transparency around controls reporting and communicate effectively across geographically diverse teams. The team will drive best practices and leverage AI tools, to deliver application frameworks, that enforce organic adoption & standardization of best practices and standards recommended by WM Architecture.
What You Will Do
The role requires a seasoned technical product owner, who can help us deliver on Technology Architecture program governance and long-term quality and release vision for WM Architecture programs. You will be responsible for architecture policy uplift across internal tech program teams, to enable high quality software release in production environments.

Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with IT project delivery and Program Governance
- Well-developed business and requirements analysis skills
- Experience of developing and managing architecture governance processes
- Agile coaching and practitioner experience (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on delivery
- Proven ability to balance business demands and IT fulfilment in terms of standardization, reducing risk and increasing IT flexibility
