Vice President, Third Party Application Engineering

We’re seeking a Vice President, Third Party Application Engineering to join our Performance & Compliance Engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Eagle PACE Performance, investment data workflows, and performance reporting. In this role, you will partner across business and technology teams to define requirements, analyze workflows and data dependencies, and deliver scalable solutions for data ingestion, performance calculation, reporting, and operational processing.

What You Will Do

Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze and document performance workflows, reporting processes, data lineage, business rules, and control points.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience.
• Strong experience with Eagle PACE Performance or related Eagle platforms, including data flows, business processes, performance workflows, and reporting.
• Experience in performance measurement, performance reporting, or investment operations.
• Understanding of performance calculation concepts, data inputs, configuration dependencies, and controls.
• Strong understanding of financial data used in performance and reporting.
• Experience documenting workflows, system interactions, data mappings, and functional requirements.
• Strong SQL skills for validating data, reporting logic, and calculation outputs; Python is a plus.
• Experience with data integration, APIs, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and downstream reporting solutions.
• Experience with reconciliations, exception handling, and workflow/data quality controls in financial data environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams.
