What You Will Do
Execute a clear automation and AI roadmap for Instruction Capture activities. Reduce manual dependency while improving throughput, quality, and scalability. Partner with Product, Technology, and AI teams to implement sustainable, enterprise-ready solutions.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations
- Deep expertise in Instruction Capture, Trade Capture, or related operational domains
- Strong experience across Trade Capture / Instruction Capture in Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
- Front-to-back trade lifecycle processes, from execution through capture, enrichment, and downstream processing
- ETF trade lifecycle, including orders, baskets, NAV impact, and processing flows
- Delivering automation and AI initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to lead regionally while influencing stakeholders globally
