Job Description
The Victim Services Specialist is responsible for providing short-term crisis intervention, emotional support, and referrals to victims of alcohol and drugged driving crashes. The role involves conducting needs assessments, creating case management action plans, and providing advocacy and support to victims.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field (social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in victim advocacy (case management) or grief support work
  • Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
