Role OverviewThe Video Broadcast Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality in-person training for adult learners across diverse technical domains. This role partners closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and leadership to ensure training content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.

Develop, deliver, and facilitate instructor-led training sessions for adult learners. Apply adult learning theories and instructional best practices to create effective training experiences.

Requirements
- 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 9 years with HS diploma
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Presidential Support Duty (PSD) designation
- US citizenship
- Experience in event-style audio visual and video production
- Experience with event video production systems
- Experience in setting up and operating professional camera equipment
- Experience training adult learners in technical or complex subject areas
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams
Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000
- Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus
