Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Video Producer who is first and foremost an expert in visual storytelling and video production. This individual will be responsible for creating, producing, and overseeing a wide range of video content that drives engagement, supports brand growth, and elevates Kestra Holdings’ presence as an industry leader.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional video production experience
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree or in photography, videography, or related field
  • Portfolio showcasing video work
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, transitions, and pacing
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, and integrating AI-powered editing tools
  • Knowledge of studio process and gear
  • Proficiency in pre-production (concepting, scripting, storyboarding), production (camera operation, lighting, directing talent), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound mixing)
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects); familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard tools is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with leading AI video and audio editing platforms (Descript, Runway, Adobe Sensei, Synthesia, Pictory, or similar
  • Ability to direct talent to capture dynamic shots, per project specifications
  • Ability to create content optimized for social media platforms, including vertical video and platform-specific trends
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing multiple YouTube channels, including content strategy and audience engagement
  • Expertise in video SEO strategies, accessibility compliance (including captions and inclusive design), and proficiency with analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization
  • Experience with photography (environmental portraits, headshots, event coverage) is a plus
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable collaborating in teams and directing talent
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and creative problem-solving
