Job Description
WSAW-TV is looking for a full-time videojournalist to join its award-winning news operation. The ideal candidate will shoot and edit news stories, conduct interviews, and coordinate live shots with reporters. Must be proficient in obtaining quality video and editing under a deadline.
Requirements
Shoot and edit compelling, high-quality video for daily news stories and live broadcasts
Set up and operate broadcast video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Collaborate with assignment editor and reporters to cover breaking news, events, and features
Work under tight deadlines on a routine basis
Maintain assigned equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
Follow all safety guidelines and station policies while in the field
Maintain a clean driving record
