Job Description
Gray Media is a multimedia company seeking a full-time videographer for its WSAW-TV station in Wausau, WI. The ideal candidate will shoot and edit news stories, conduct interviews, and coordinate live shots. Must be proficient in obtaining quality video and editing under a deadline.

Requirements

  • Shoot and edit compelling, high-quality video for daily news stories and live broadcasts
  • Set up and operate broadcast video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Collaborate with assignment editor and reporters to cover breaking news, events, and features
  • Work under tight deadlines on a routine basis
  • Ensure all video and audio meet technical and editorial standards
  • Maintain assigned equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines and station policies while in the field
  • Maintain a clean driving record
