Villa Maintenance Technician

The Villa Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. This role will primarily have shifts in the evening. The technician will directly deal with guest maintenance requests and be responsible for the overall upkeep and general maintenance of the privately owned Villas and Homes on the Kiawah Island Golf Resort program.

What You Will Do

Handles all repairs and work orders on a daily basis, conducts on-going maintenance programs, performs preventative maintenance, and drives in a company-provided vehicle to maintenance calls.

The ideal candidate will have entry to mid-level maintenance tech experience, basic home maintenance skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. The technician must be able to work both independently and in a team environment, possess good to excellent communication skills, and be able to pass a background check.

• Minimum Age – 18 years of age due to type of equipment used
• Must possess a valid SC Driver’s license
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Must work both independently and in a team environment
• Good to excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Must be able to pass a background check
