Job Description
The Villa Owner Relations Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day property management of villas, maintaining strong communication with Villa Owners, coordinating with internal Resort departments, and working with third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and able to manage complex tasks.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
Creative and effective problem-solving abilities
Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively within a dynamic team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with property management software and work-order systems
