Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous supervisory or leadership experience in luxury dining or hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of Forbes service standards and luxury guest interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop colleagues
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe and Responsible Beverage certifications preferred
