We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Manager; someone who is passionate about creating memorable experiences through thoughtful service and exquisite cuisine.

Requirements

  • 2+ years previous supervisory or leadership experience in luxury dining or hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of Forbes service standards and luxury guest interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop colleagues
  • Previous experience with scheduling, payroll oversight, hiring, and performance management
  • Proven ability to lead teams, build engagement, and drive results
  • Strong operational, organizational, and financial acumen
  • ServSafe and Responsible Beverage certifications required or obtained upon hire
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
