Role OverviewThe VIP Client Experience Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the experience of high-profile guests at a regenerative medicine and brain health clinic in Park City, Utah. This includes designing and coordinating the guest's full experience from the moment they commit to the moment they leave Park City, managing logistics and communication threads, and ensuring that the clinical plan translates into a coordinated, day-by-day guest experience.
What You Will Do
The role involves working directly with Dr. Eckel and the clinical team to understand each VIP's care plan and sequence appointments correctly, building and managing the complete clinical itinerary for each guest's visit, ensuring the clinical team is fully briefed and prepared before each guest arrives, and translating the clinical plan into a clear, guest-facing schedule.
