Job Description
The VIP Lead Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for guests booked in our premium Villa and Residences, and supports pre-arrival coordination and guest recovery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-level coordination
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and property management systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated 'lead by example' leadership style with the ability to coach and support other coordinators
  • Valid driver's license required
