Job Description
The VIP Lead Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for guests booked in our premium Villa and Residences, providing a seamless, elevated, and consistent VIP experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-level coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage and multitask across Concierge, Spa, Excursions, and Food & Beverage requests.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and property management systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated “lead by example” leadership style with the ability to coach and support other coordinators.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with confidence in independent decision-making.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in white-glove luxury accommodation preparation.
  • Previous Front Office, Concierge, or Guest Relations experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and foster trusted relationships with high-profile guests and Villa Owners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex service expectations.
  • Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and property management software (e.g., Opera).
