Job Description
The VIP Lead Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for guests booked in our premium Villa and Residences, as well as any guests referred to the VIP team for an enhanced guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-level coordination
  • Proven ability to manage and multitask across Concierge, Spa, Excursions, and Food & Beverage requests
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and property management systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated “lead by example” leadership style with the ability to coach and support other coordinators
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with confidence in independent decision-making
  • High attention to detail, particularly in white-glove luxury accommodation preparation
  • Previous Front Office, Concierge, or Guest Relations experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and foster trusted relationships with high-profile guests and Villa Owners
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex service expectations
  • Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and property management software (e.g., Opera)
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons
  • Valid driver’s license required
