Job Description
We are looking for a Virtual Construction Designer - Plumbing/Piping to setup and utilize AEC data, generate 3D models of piping and plumbing systems, and identify and communicate issues to project leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of trade apprenticeship with CAD/BIM training or AEC experience with BIM/CAD training
  • 2+ years Drafting/Design in Piping, Plumbing, and/or Sheet Metal industry
  • Working knowledge of construction practices with emphasis on mechanical systems preferred
  • Proficient understanding of Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk, Fabrication, or Navisworks
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of building codes for plumbing and piping industries (if drawing piping or plumbing systems) preferred
