Job Description
Pepper Construction is seeking a Virtual Construction Manager to lead MEP BIM Coordination and VDC services on projects. The ideal candidate has a thorough knowledge of BIM and VDC technology, strong experience in design and construction processes, and exceptional leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Virtual Construction Management, Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the design or construction industry
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with BIM/VDC software applications such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Ability to review and understand construction documents
  • Ability to motivate and manage people by exhibiting proficient leadership skills
