Role OverviewThe Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Coordinator performs drafting tasks related to cold-formed metal framing in a fast-paced professional office environment. The position involves working closely with the General Manager, VDC Manager, Project Managers, and team members to provide accurate BIM framing models, panel drawings, and shop drawing packages.
What You Will Do
Read and interpret drawings, produce shop drawings, panel drawings, and BIM framing models, draft sketches and details using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design tools, and self-check work for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements
- CAD & BIM related experience in structural building applications
- Experience in building design
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD & Revit
- Ability to read construction documents, shop drawings, ASI's, etc.
- Associate Degree in Architecture / Engineering, or experience in Drafting & Design or related field
- Certification in drafting and design from a nationally accredited technical institute
- Ability to analyze complex drawing information
