Job Description
The Virtual Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to an executive, maintaining their calendar, managing emails, and preparing presentations and spreadsheets. The role will also involve social media management, research, and project coordination, among other tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working remotely
  • Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, and able to dedicate at least 15 hours/week
  • Experience in an administrative support role
  • Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb, and the most recent version of MS Office installed
  • Fast and reliable internet connection
  • Smartphone with email capabilities
