Role OverviewAs a Virtual Eye Care Specialist, you will cultivate relationships with customers and advise them on eye care and style. You will be at the forefront of executing our mission of Making Eye Care Easy, providing every customer with the confidence they need to find the perfect fit at Stanton Optical.
What You Will Do
You will assist customers with their eye care needs, guide them through an online vision test, recommend eyewear options, and troubleshoot customer service issues. You will also provide feedback and recommendations to improve the omni experience for both customers and associates.

- Previous optical retail experience
