Requirements

  • Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting or urgent care/emergency medicine setting
  • Current licensure in CA or AZ with ability to obtain additional state licenses
