Job Description
Virtual Field Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for the management of defined accounts in a specified geography, executing a collaborative territory strategic plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring understanding of reimbursement process, field reimbursement services, and patient support programs.

Requirements

  • Ensure understanding of reimbursement process, field reimbursement services, and patient support programs
  • Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations
  • Collaborate with field support team members such as sales representatives and key account managers
  • Act with a sense of urgency to address critical access and affordability issues for patients
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in all assigned accounts
  • Grow the knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels to improve practice and patient support needs
  • Execute business in accordance with the highest ethical, legal, and compliance standards
