Job Description
The Virtual Field Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for the management of defined accounts in a specified geography, executing the collaborative territory strategic plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders. The role will involve ensuring understanding of reimbursement process, field reimbursement services, and patient support programs, and providing support to offices to obtain insurance authorization and/or reimbursement of products for appropriate patients.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 1+ year of experience in patient services, clinical support or specialty sales
  • Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access & reimbursement processes
  • Advanced knowledge of pharmacy insurance terminology
  • Knowledge of Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services policies & processes
  • Virtual Experience nice to have
