Job Description
Virtual Field Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for managing defined accounts in a specified geography, ensuring understanding of reimbursement process, field reimbursement services, and patient support programs, and resolving patient-level reimbursement issue resolution. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS degree, 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and 1+ years of field reimbursement experience.

Requirements

  • Manage defined accounts in a specified geography
  • Ensure understanding of reimbursement process, field reimbursement services, and patient support programs
  • Resolve patient-level reimbursement issue resolution
  • Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements
  • Collaborate with field support team members
  • Act with a sense of urgency to address critical access and affordability issues for patients
  • Conduct virtual reimbursement and access support
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in all assigned accounts
