Role OverviewSupports and drives the plan of care and provides comprehensive remote oversight of patient care on a unit. Collaborates with direct care team and virtual care members to anticipate and direct patient care through evaluating health promotion, risk reduction, and advanced clinical decision-making.
What You Will Do
Coordinates, delegates, and supervises care provided by direct care team. Assesses patient care outcomes through evidence-based practice and designs, implements, and evaluates care.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Active WV RN license
- AHA BLS
- 5 years of position-related experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Excel
