Job Description
We are looking for a Virtual Patient Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to make customers feel like friends.
Requirements
Answer non-clinical related questions and triage adverse events and product complaints
Complete follow-up for missing/updated information from stakeholders
Maintain a working knowledge of program guidelines and product or disease state for assigned programs
Conduct pre and post call analysis of calls
Identify areas that are potentially troublesome and follow up with stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved
