Requirements

  • Answer non-clinical related questions and triage adverse events and product complaints
  • Complete follow-up for missing/updated information from stakeholders
  • Maintain a working knowledge of program guidelines and product or disease state for assigned programs
  • Conduct pre and post call analysis of calls
  • Identify areas that are potentially troublesome and follow up with stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved
