Job Description
Virtual Patient Support Specialist provides inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment, supporting patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. The role involves providing timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications, building rapport and establishing positive relationships with patients, and identifying and resolving patient issues or escalating to appropriate internal teams as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
