Job Description
As a Virtual Patient Support Specialist, you will provide inbound customer support to patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications, building rapport with patients, and identifying and resolving patient issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Desirable: Bachelor's degree, experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, bilingual (English/Spanish), willingness to work flexible hours
