Job Description
We are seeking a Virtual Patient Support Specialist to provide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desirable: Bachelor's degree, Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, Bilingual (English/Spanish), Willingness to work flexible hours
