Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or 1+ year of healthcare call center experience
1+ years of recent pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
Working knowledge of medical terminology
Case management experience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to type 40+ words per minute
Efficient computer and data entry skills
