You will provide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment, providing timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers, and building rapport and establishing positive relationships with patients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
