Job Description
You will answer non-clinical related questions and triage adverse events and product complaints in a REMS Specialist role at Syneos Health. The working hours are 11:30am - 8pm EST. You will also conduct follow-up for missing information, document data accurately, and maintain knowledge of program guidelines and product or disease state.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred or 1+ year of healthcare call center experience
  • 1+ years recent pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Case management experience
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills and listening skills
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute (wpm)
  • Efficient computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize workload
