Job Description
You will work as a REMS Specialist, answering non-clinical questions and triaging adverse events, and will be responsible for completing follow-up for missing information and maintaining a working knowledge of program guidelines. The working hours are 11:30am - 8pm EST.

Requirements

  • 1+ years recent pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Case management experience
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills and listening skills
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute
  • Efficient computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize workload
