Job Description
Virtual Patient Support Specialist providing inbound customer support in a pharmaceutical contact center environment. Responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications, and building rapport and establishing positive relationships with patients.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) (desired)
