Job Description
Virtual Patient Support Specialist responsible for answering non-clinical related questions, triaging adverse events, and entering data into CRM. Rotate 8 hour shifts between 8am-8pm EST. Ensure accurate and timely documentation and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ year of healthcare call center experience
  • 1+ years recent pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Case management experience
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills and listening skills
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute
  • Efficient computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize workload
