Job Description
The Virtual Receptionist is responsible for providing professional front-line communication and administrative support in a fully remote environment. This role manages incoming calls, emails, appointment scheduling, customer inquiries, and general administrative coordination while serving as a primary point of contact for clients, customers, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and calendar updates
  • Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document management
  • Provide basic information regarding company services, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and communication support activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
  • Support office operations and workflow coordination as needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication standards
