Job Description
Whitley Penn is looking for a Virtual Services Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be an experienced self-starter who is looking to join a fast-moving IT team that values integrity and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and maintaining a sophisticated IT infrastructure involving multiple physical locations, LANs, VLANs, servers, and a wide variety of applications
  • Working understanding of information, communication, and security technologies, standards, policies and practices
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, 365, Nutanix, HyperV, and Windows Server
  • Excellent working knowledge of networks and firewalls
  • FortiGate and Cisco experience a plus
  • Attention to detail, strong analytics, interpersonal, time management, communication, and presentation skills
